They think business will fall from the sky like the old days. Not true. You should be working 50 to 60 hours a week and 40 of those hours should be devoted to working own your website, networking, social medial, database mangagement. we have some proven models that will help but only if you take the time to take your business serious.
You need a great website. The website needs to be the center of your control. Everything comes back to your website. If you specialize in commercial have a special page for each type of commercial niche you specialize in, your programs, you company history, calculators recently funded deals, commerical business news, rates, the underwriting process, niche you local city, county, state keywords.
